120 Cabernet exhibits fine concentration, ripe fruits, plum, earth and leather. The bouquet offers berries, cloves and vanilla. It nicely complement meats from steak to hamburger and lamb to ripe cheese.

Inspired by the rolling green hills of New South Wales our Rolling range is sourced from the sub - 600m elevations of our vineyard. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with fruit juice was selected from our estate grown vineyard and displays flavours of rich ripe plums and berry fruits. 

Matching with food for serving with all red meats and curries.

Vibrant and youthful with deep purple hues. Aromas of blackcurrants, mint and dark fruits emanate from the glass, with these rich, ripe fruit flavours carrying on to the palate. The soft tannins and acidity make this wine ap-proachable in its youth.

2008, Vol.750 ml, 12.0%, Chile

This wine presents a very light onion-skin pink colour with bright light-red brick tones. The fruity nose offers notes of red fruits such as cherries, strawberries, and raspberries with a touch of blueberry. The palate is fresh and delicate with medium persistence and a lively, noble character.These grapes come from the San Carlos Vineyard in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The blocks average 12 years in age.
